Smoke Wood from Alabama |

| This is the only wood we have that isn't from Alabama. We import it from southern Ohio (from yankee relatives ). You can tell from the picture that it's very dark brown... probably because it holds so much smoke! It's potent stuff. Very strong... don't use too much until you get the hang of it. Excellent wood flavoring, good with any red meat. |
