Georgia ...don't take offense, but the best tastin' peaches come from
Chilton County, Alabama, about in the middle of the
"Heart of Dixie".
We were fortunate to get up with a man
who farms 300 acres of peaches. We got some real nice wood. The
flavor is light and a little sweet, kind of woodsy.
It's real good with finer cuts of red or white meats.
