I've had in 40 years of making. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with
the Afterburner - H. I had all my sons and their families here and cooking
was effortless. I used the Afterburner V on my Brinkman charcoal smoker and it worked flawlessly. I followed your directions regarding the use of chunk hickory in a can and it provided excellent smoke. 6 racks of ribs in 4 hours, no leftovers, they came out excellent. It was basically “set it and forget it”, the burner kept the temperature on both rack levels at approximately 225 degrees. Great invention! John Thank you so much for this product. My first effort with the Afterburner-H was an
absolute success. Smoked turkey, 12 1/2 pounds in 5 hours. It was the best I've
ever smoked... I just finished smoking beef, ribs, chicken and fish, all at the same time. And I am very happy with this product!! I was able to control the temperature using the regulator and it never dropped. I remember when I used to smoke using charcoal, I always had to add more and more charcoal to maintain the temperature, now I just set it and go watch TV. It’s not winter yet but it did rain like crazy today while I was smoking, but that didn’t touch the temperature in the smoker. I am very happy with this product... This year, I will try for the first time to use my smoker in the winter, thanks to this product, I will not need to hustle with charcoal in the cold or rain. I appreciate your help, it’s the first time I got such good support from Internet vendors (emphasis added). I will recommend your product to all my friends, which I am sure will be interested in it once they see how easy and clean it is. afterburner H. I installed it in probably 10 minutes. It is what I
have longed for for years. I even tried to fabricate a burner once from
an old furnace jet -- to no avail. I have made the best brisket we ever

I opened the box, connected everything to my propane tank, and was up and smoking in no time at all! The 46oz juice can works better than I thought it would, giving me just the right amount of smoke. The pecan wood you sent was also a nice change from the basic hickory that I use. Congratulations gentleman, you have the best thing to happen to barbeque since beer!" (emphasis added).

YOU HAD A GOOD FATHER'S DAY. "I just wanted to let you folks know how much your product simplifies the whole process of smoking on an ECB (El Cheapo Brinkmann). Temps stayed steady the entire time through the cooking process. I have had good results with charcoal in the past, but it required me to constantly monitor the smoker. Your product allows me to set the temperature & not worry about spikes or dips. I would encourage anyone who owns an ECB to seriously consider this product, IT WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER. The Afterburner just takes one more variable out of the cooking process so you can concentrate on other things (marinades, rubs, smoking wood types, etc.).

"What a great product. It was simple to assemble and
hook it up to a natural gas quick disconnect ... I converted a Weber bullet (WSM). ... you can fire up the smoker in moments
with gas. And no ugly clean up.
"I received my H burner last night and
it required more time to unpack the box than to install the unit. The unit
was put into a Bar-B-Chef smoker sold by Barbeques Galore and the fit was
perfect. I am using natural gas and attached a 3/8" hose with quick connect
coupler to your natural gas adapter without the need for any other
fittings...

consistent 250 degrees the ENTIRE time. All I had to do was keep the
water pan full and add more wood chunks every 2 hours or so. Your
suggestion to cover the can with foil kept my wood from catching on fire.
