| This is cheap trick... that really works well. You can buy this temperature gage at Wal-Mart for under $10. It has a long spike on it for sticking into slabs of meat. But here, he just drilled a small hole all the way through the door, and inserted the gage. You can pull it out to use it, or replace it easy as can be! |  |
