C-burner
cabinet type smokers
And get in the habit of not standing in front of the Frig. door when you open it, because the wood in the smoke could ignite and cause the unburned gas to ignite.  Note the sliding choke on the venturi tube.  It's normally set to restrict the intake air a little.  You choke the unit just enough to cause the flame on the burner to appear dark blue, with a little yellow/orange on the outer tips of the flame (but not enough to cause soot to build-up).  This makes a flame that is easy to manage in most conditions.  Not enough choke will cause a bright blue flame which will burn out the smoke can, and even cause premature erosion of the metal parts of the burner.
